Welcome to JobsSent! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JobsSent Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using JobsSent, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobsSent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

JobsSent is a Chrome extension that assists users in automating job applications by:

Auto-filling application forms with user-provided information
Generating AI-powered responses to application questions

3. User Accounts

4. Credit System and Payments

Credits

JobsSent operates on a credit-based system:

New users receive 15 free credits upon signup
Each job application uses 1-5 credits depending on complexity
Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
Credits do not expire but are non-transferable

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in cases of:

Technical errors preventing service delivery
Duplicate charges
Significant service disruptions

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use JobsSent to:

Submit false or misleading information in job applications
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Use automated systems or bots with our Service
Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
Spam or send unsolicited applications

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of JobsSent, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of JobsSent, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to JobsSent (such as your resume information). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

JobsSent integrates with various job platforms and websites. We are not responsible for:

The availability or accuracy of third-party services
Changes to third-party platforms that may affect our Service
The terms and policies of third-party services
Any actions taken by third parties based on your use of JobsSent

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

Any guarantee of job placement or interview success
The accuracy of AI-generated responses
Compatibility with all job platforms
Uninterrupted or error-free service

Important: JobsSent is a tool to assist with job applications. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before submission. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBSSENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobsSent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Any false or misleading information you provide

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended period of inactivity
Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
